Job Title: Inventory/Data Specialist
Reports To: Senior Director of Finance
General Overview:
Mayflower Cruises & Tours, a national tour company, located in Lisle, IL, and a division of Scenic, USA is looking to hire a motivated and ambitious Inventory/Data Specialist to join the team.
The Inventory/Data Specialist plays a key role across multiple departments at Mayflower Cruises and Tours. You will be responsible for working with the inside/outside sales and call center departments to process space requests. Along with working with Scenic, USA to adjust allocations as necessary. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and be a team player. They should also be eager to take on complex challenges, and self-motivated.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all Mayflower inventory in various systems
- Request/manage Scenic cruise inventory with Scenic Inventory Manager, (individual cabin increases up to 9)
- Input domestic/international tour products into Centaur (pricing/inventory)
- Build new ships and update ships in Centaur
- Input all optional components to be purchased in Centaur (pricing/inventory)
- Manage daily exception reports from Scenic (Centaur vs Expressbooks) and review Expressbooks bookings
- Input campaigns and savings into Centaur
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Highly organized and able to prioritize assigned tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with Centaur and/or Expressbooks
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to work with minimal supervision
